Meet Your Trainer – Slava Komakha (FlexDerek) Since 2009, I have been teaching flexibility development using a unique methodology created by my mentor, a Guinness World Record holder in flexibility. Over the years, I have perfected this technique through constant practice and feedback from my students, helping many regain and improve their flexibility. Since 2009, I have been helping with questions like "how can a man do the splits," "how to do the splits from scratch for men," and "splits exercises for men" – but not just for men. Because men are generally less flexible than women, my practice is particularly beneficial for them. As for women, it's usually easier, but it still requires effort. Trust me — I know how to help. The methodology combines elements of yoga, Pilates, and stretching. Proven Effectiveness: My methods are backed by the achievements and testimonials of my students. Safe and Efficient: Train online without the need for in-person attendance — perfect for today’s fast-paced lifestyle. Personalized Recommendations: After the first session, I will provide tailored advice to determine the optimal frequency of training (recommended: 2–3 sessions per week). Individual Approach: The methodology does not involve physical adjustments by the trainer, making it ideal for personal online training. During our sessions, I will perform the exercises with you, explaining and demonstrating every detail beforehand. I never give exercises that you won’t be able to perform. The intensity increases based on your abilities, goals, and preferences. For every student, I create a customized training plan and schedule.
1) THE MOST IMPORTANT FILE IN THE “SPLITS PACKAGE” is the theoretical component of the stretching training. Without it, even the “MOST EFFECTIVE exercise” won’t be as beneficial as after reviewing this information.
